Nick founded Williams International in 2004 after 10 years in global advertising agencies in Sydney and London.
He has built the company to be Marketing Communications Leadership specialists and their business and approach is based around market leading levels of insight and integrity. They have a more rigorous and ethical approach than any of their competitors and all of their talent specialists have at least 10 years executive experience.
Williams International work with every leading agency in Sydney and Melbourne placing Senior Management, Heads of Department, Client Service and Strategic Planners.
Nick is also the owner and publisher of the Williams Report - a bespoke and exclusive annual research study into the advertising and marketing communications industry, it's employees and employers - now in it's 9th year
Nick is also a regular key note speaker at conferences and seminars, and a regular judge at many industry awards.
In his agency career, Nick has worked with blue chip brands such as Woolworths, McDonalds, Diageo, Ford, Procter & Gamble, Heineken, Motorola and many others.
The creative work him that his teams were responsible for, won multiple awards at leading international awards, such as Cannes (Grand Prix, Golds, Silvers), D&AD and others.
Nick is married with three children and a sport and fitness fanatic.
